We unite mechanistic modeling, pharmacology, and human neuroscience to improve decision-making across CNS drug discovery and development — from molecular target to clinical outcome.

Why we exist

Translation is the central challenge in CNS R&D.

Brain drug programs fail more often, and later, than in almost any other therapeutic area. The gap between a molecular mechanism and a clinical effect is wide — spanning exposure, target engagement, circuit dynamics, and profound patient heterogeneity.

NeuroQSP builds the shared language and practical workflows that connect these scales, so quantitative models can actually inform the decisions that matter: which dose, which biomarker, which patient, which trial.
